Praised for its efficiency, the eVisa system has successfully processed 160,000 applications by the end of 2022, with nearly 150,000 eVisas issued. May 2023 witnessed a peak, handling close to 18,000 applications.
This initiative aligns with Morocco’s commitment to simplifying the visa application process and welcoming foreign nationals in a hospitable environment. The eVisa, valid for 180 days from the date of issuance, allows a single entry for a short stay of up to 30 days within Moroccan territory.
